Why anyone would think that a system of government that has killed over 100 million people worldwide is a “good thing” is beyond me!

This failure to society’s name is Spenser Rapone. Spenser has openly violated the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) by making political statements while in uniform.

Not to mention that he is a communism loving piece of trash.

A photo of U.S. Army infantry officer and West Point graduate Spenser Rapone was making its rounds online Monday due to the fact that – while in his uniform – Rapone had the words “Communism will win” scrawled inside of his cap the Gateway Pundit reported.

Why the other cadets aren’t stomping his head into the ground in this picture, I have no idea.

Unconfirmed sources say that Rapone  graduated last year and that he is prior enlisted man (mustang) and is now a Platoon Leader for the 10th Mountain Division. He was investigated by the academy last year and still received his commission.

Gateway Pundit:

“One Twitter user noted that West Point cadets are “under contract with the DoD,” going on to state that Rapone’s actions are a “punishable offense under the UCMJ,” because Rapone is making political statements while in uniform:

Hey @realDonaldTrump, can you pass this along to Secretary Mattis? He might want to know about open Communists in the ranks. pic.twitter.com/kRGAmVvadS

West Point cadets are under contract with the DoD. This is a punishable offense under the UCMJ. Making political statements while in unform.” (Read More)

I am a firm believer in Freedom of Speech and belief, it is what sets the United States apart from the rest of the world. There is a difference however, between Freedom of Speech, and being a Communist serving in the US Military ranks. While in uniform. Breaking the law.

UCMJ:

888. ARTICLE 88. CONTEMPT TOWARD OFFICIALS

10. Punitive Articles

Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

The UCMJ and DoD Directive 1344.10.  The UCMJ says what you can and can’t do as a military member. 1344.10 says what you can and can’t do in the political realm as a military member.

  • You can’t “allow or cause to be published partisan political articles, letters, or endorsements signed or written by the member that [solicit] votes for or against a partisan political party, candidate, or cause.” (4.1.2.3)
  • You can’t “perform clerical or other duties for a partisan political committee or candidate during a campaign, on an election day, or after an election day during the process of closing out a campaign.” (4.1.2.8)
  • You can’t “march or ride in a partisan political parade” (4.1.2.10).
  • You can’t “display a large political sign, banner, or poster (as distinguished from a bumper sticker) on a private vehicle” (4.1.2.11).

We will have to wait and see what happens with this “soldier” ( I use that term very loosely)

Some people will say that he has the right to believe what he does, etc… blah blah blah

The military is not a democracy. It is the MILITARY! It has a chain of command, rules of conduct, structure, laws and the duty to protect the country. Communism is a failure, we have seen it throughout history. This jerk should be ashamed!

What a disgrace to the uniform.
